SRV Hospitals - Dombivali (Formerly Mamata Hospital)

The SRV hospital's facilities are state-of-the-art, equipped with modern technology and equipment. This, coupled with the expertise of the medical staff, ensured that I received top-notch medical care. The diagnostic services were prompt and accurate, allowing for quick and efficient diagnosis. Another aspect that stood out to me was the excellent coordination and communication among the different departments within the hospital. From scheduling appointments to coordinating tests and procedures, everything was seamlessly managed, minimizing any inconvenience or delays.

The hospital is generally good and well-maintained, with a hardworking staff. The experienced doctors communicate well with patients, and the receptionists and Mediclaim department provide helpful guidance. If you have mediclaim they also provide seamless cashless service. However, issues arise after admission: 1) Sisters and brothers (mama) are supportive, but some of them are not good with patients. For example, one mama (actually, he is a boy with a red chandrakor tikali on his forehead) is rude with patients and their family members. 2) At night, from 2:00 to 3:00 am, after patients have already slept, the staff begins cleaning the passage floor with loud machines and playing Bollywood songs on a mobile speaker. I recorded a video and attached it here. I requested them to please stop, as the noise is keeping patients awake while they are trying to sleep. However, they insisted that it's an order for them to clean, and the songs were not stopped. 3) The clothes provided to patients are not of good quality, with excessive stains and spots on them. 4) The AC was not working in the Twin sharing room. After complaining three to four times at 3:30 am, they provided a table fan without a plug. They directly inserted open wires into sockets, which is dangerous in the dark. 5) They shifted us to three different rooms, and two of them were provided with non-working patient calling bells. On the discharge day, they gave us a wireless bell. So, if your bell is not working, ask for a wireless one. 6) Problem with laundry service. They provide damaged partition curtains also blanket instead of bed sheet because laundry was not arrived. 7) The vehicle parking space is insufficient.

Excellent staff and Dr's. We faced a troublesome situation during May 2023 when my mother was badly affected due to brain stroke and after that in June my dad had to get admitted.. in both cases Dr Kushal and his team excellently managed the situation and the structure of briefing patients relatives about the condition of the patient is very good in the hospital. Dr's do pay attention at every stage. The only concern is the cost rest everything is great!

THIS HOSPITAL WILL SCAM YOU! THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU GO HERE! If I could give 0 stars I would, because that’s how unprofessional they are. I admitted my father here on emergency, but they took over a day to provide a diagnosis. The doctors were not aligned within themselves, and they just kept doing test after test for no reason. Even though my father was completely fine, they kept him in the ICU for 4 days. When we told them we want a discharge against their advice, they forged the discharge papers with a new condition they never told us about to create challenges with my insurance provider. WE HAD TO FIGHT FOR OUR RIGHT AT THIS HOSPITAL AND TO GET CLEAR ANSWERS FOR OUR QUESTIONS. I suspect they also forget blood reports because the reports done from another lab were perfectly fine. I have never seen such a hospital hell bent on fooling families and scaring them with conditions that the patient doesn’t have. THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO CONSCIENCE AND THEY WILL NOT STOP TILL THEY HAVE MADE A HUGE BILL AT THEIR HOSPITAL! The hospital is also jot cleaned regularly, the washrooms are dirty and there is no accommodation for the patient’s relatives.

My daughter came in an emergency in evening, at that time they handle the situation, very easy and on emergency basis they call pediatrician also. After taking admission we don't want to do any thing they all coming properly on time, providing a medicine properly and 2 to 3 time management visit regarding service and everything. Housekeeping staff is very good on time they are doing everything.

My name is Shashikala V Nair and I had a rebirth at SRV MAMTA HOSPITAL on 10th December’23 ... I had suffered from a serious case of DENGUE with MENINGO ENCEPHALITIS with TCP and DENGUE ASSOCIATED HEPATITIS with very little chance of survival but Dr. Khushal Bangar and his team of doctors nurses and rest hospital staff did miracle and gave me such an awesome treatment that not only did I survive the near death situation but I am hale and hearty now thanks to the whole SRV MAMTA HOSPITAL team ... I had an amazing experience not only when I was being treated for the deadly Dengue disease but even after that for the follow up sessions .I am deeply grateful 🙏 and in case of any emergency would highly recommend SRV MAMTA HOSPITAL for all of you ... it's a multi specialty hospital well equipped and excellent experienced doctors and also rest of the staff is very cooperative, down to earth and friendly .

Pathetic service. Irresponsible doctors. And the reception staff needs fo go under training as they are not aware about the standards and procedures of the hospital. They charge you for follow up even if it is within 7days. Lack of co ordination and knowledge between the staff. Only doctors available are for emergency. So only if you are dying you are welcomed otherwise as the doctor feels he would cancel your appointment on your face that too an 45mins prior. No professionalism at all. I hope SRV understands that they are running a hospital and people are paying for its services it is not some salon that you cancel the appointment just like that. Wasted my money after these irresponsible people. I wish i could give zero stars. I am nit mentioning the doctors name but i want the hospital to take some action on it.
